VOLUNTEER REGISTRAION

Thank you for your willingness to volunteer at the 2026 Royal Prom!
Volunteers play a vital role in making this night unforgettable, and we’re so grateful for your generous gift of time and heart.

Royal Prom Friday, September 18th, 2026. Volunteers MUST be at Crossroads Florence READY to serve at 5:30PM sharp. Food will be available at 5:00PM, so please come early and enjoy a small bite on us. Children ages 12 and 13 are encouraged to volunteer, but must have a 1:1 ratio with a parent. We are asking parents to make other arrangements for children under the age of 12. PLEASE SIGN UP EACH FAMILY MEMBER INDIVIDUALLY. Thank you!

Staffing to check in our guests, buddies or volunteers. ***Must be able to arrive at 4:30 so we are ready for the volunteers to check in by 5:00***
General Volunteer [10 remaining]
Staffing one of the activity areas. Black pants and white shirt required.
Red Carpet [Sold Out]
Greet our guests on the red carpet by cheering for each and every one of them! Formal attire required. **Time needed 5:45-7:00PM**
Hostess [1 remaining]
Seating our guests the night of the Royal Prom. Black attire required. MUST be 18 or older.
Set Up Only
Set up the day of the prom Friday September 18th, 2026 from 10AM to 12PM.

If the volunteer teams fill up, would you be willing to be a buddy? Description of a buddy: Being paired up with a guest for the evening paying attention, serving and staying with your guest for the evening for their well being and safety.

If you're volunteering in another area, are you available to come early to help set up? Set up will start at 10AM Friday morning and we will serve you lunch around noon.

The Royal Prom is a magical night where young people with disabilities are celebrated, honored, and loved just as they are. This unforgettable evening is completely non-profit and 100% funded by generous donors like you. We are committed to making this event free for every guest, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to participation.

Each donation directly supports the experience of our guests: from red carpet arrivals and formal wear to dancing, dinner, and personal care support throughout the night. Your gift makes it possible for every guest to be treated like royalty for one night, and in lasting memories.
