Thank you for your willingness to volunteer as a buddy at the 2026 Royal Prom!
Buddies play a vital role in making this night unforgettable, and we’re so grateful for your generous gift of time and heart.

Royal Prom - Friday September 18th, 2026. An opportunity to buddy with one of our guests for the evening. You are the MOST important part of the Royal Prom to make it possible for our guests to enjoy their time with us. Buddies need to arrive between 5:00PM and 5:15PM at Crossroads Florence for check-in; your training meeting will start promptly at 5:20PM. You will want to dress in formal attire. Ladies, your best prom type dress; gentleman, dress slacks and shirt with tie or you can go all out with a tuxedo! Thank you!

Each donation directly supports the experience of our guests: from red carpet arrivals and formal wear to dancing, dinner, and personal care support throughout the night. Your gift makes it possible for every guest to be treated like royalty for one night, and in lasting memories.

All donations are tax deductible and go directly toward creating this extraordinary event and the ongoing effort to support individuals with a disability through Young Life Capernaum.
